Saltrock Dairy

Saltrock Farm sits on the north wexford coast overlooked by Tara Hill. We have been dairy farming since 2013 and in 2021 we opened a small proceesing unit on the farm where we pasteurise the milk and sell it directly to customer via a mobile self vending unit which is parked at various sites throughout week. We also produce a hand strained yoghurt in very small batches, a cultured butter reminiscent of farmhouse butter (which is salted with a wexford seasalt), buttermilk and a milk kefir
