At On the Pig’s Back, we proudly produce our own range of artisan pâtés, terrines, and cooked meats, handmade in small batches at our production kitchen in Douglas, Cork. We craft these products using: Free-range Irish meats, Locally sourced ingredients wherever possible ,Traditional techniques inspired by classic French methods Our pâtés and terrines have received numerous accolades at Blas na hÉireann and Great Taste Awards, reflecting our authenticity, and uncompromising flavour.
