The story
Donegal Dexter is a farmer-led co-op of Dexter farmers across Donegal. We came together to create a market for our rare native breed and built a direct supply chain from farm to customer. Our beef is processed by a craft butcher, supplied to restaurants and artisan stores, and shipped nationwide via our website. Orders are packed weekly and delivered across Ireland, connecting local farmers directly with homes and chefs.
