Blackwater Honey is a small Irish, family run mainly hobbyist artisan honey producer focused on pure, local honey. We manage our own native honeybee hives with care, prioritising bee health and sustainable practice. We harvest in small batches, avoid additives, and keep full traceability from hive to jar. Our honey reflects the local forage and season, giving each batch its own character. We focus on quality, consistency, and honest production.
